Frequently asked questions
How big is it?
The size is listed in the options above and in the Specification tab.
Most designs can also be made larger or smaller. Ask for another size.
What is it made of?
Resin, finished by hand in black, gold. Other finishes, including brand colours, are available on request.
Can it go outdoors?
This piece is finished for indoor display. Many designs can be made with an outdoor-rated finish: ask us and we'll confirm what's possible.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order in 2–4 weeks, then delivered in 3–6 weeks on average. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing within the U.S.: freight is included in the price. For projects outside the U.S., ask us first.
How is a large statue shipped?
It is protectively packed for freight and shipped with UPS or FedEx, tracked from the day it leaves.
Will it fit through my door?
Check the size compare above. If the piece is close to your door or ceiling height, send us both measurements before you order and we'll confirm how it ships and goes in.
How long do fiberglass and resin statues last?
Indoors they keep their shape and finish for many years with only dusting. Neither rusts or softens with humidity the way plaster does.
How do I clean it?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For marks, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry it off. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads.
What does the warranty cover?
Structure and craftsmanship for 2 years (cracks, seam or joint separation, frames and fixings); paint, plating, coatings and lighting parts for 1 year. Selected pieces carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. See the full warranty.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photos of the piece and its packaging within 14 days of delivery. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return freight.
