How is a large statue shipped?
It is protectively packed for freight and shipped with UPS or FedEx, tracked from the day it leaves.
Will it fit through my door?

How long do fiberglass and resin statues last?
Indoors they keep their shape and finish for many years with only dusting. Neither rusts or softens with humidity the way plaster does.
How do I clean it?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For marks, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry it off. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads.
What does the warranty cover?
Structure and craftsmanship for 2 years (cracks, seam or joint separation, frames and fixings); paint, plating, coatings and lighting parts for 1 year. Selected pieces carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. See the full warranty.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photos of the piece and its packaging within 14 days of delivery. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return freight.
Can I return it?
Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns carry return shipping and a 25% restocking fee; custom pieces are final sale. See the returns policy.

Yes. Most designs can be made larger or smaller and in another finish, including brand colours. Ask for a quote before you order.
Can you make a custom statue from a photo or sketch?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch or reference with the size and where it will stand. We reply with a drawing or render, the finish and the price.

Yes. We quote projects with several pieces, custom finishes and delivery to a site, with one quote and one delivery plan.
